  • Gee... it isn't "obvious" to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or Trumps own Justice Department, or Republican officials in many states, or Trump appointed judges... But keep claiming it's "obvious" when there is NO EVIDENCE to support your wild ass claims. Just because people don't want to bend over backwards and bow to Trumps lame last minute attempts doesn't mean they are guilty. People are just tired of his attempted coup as he tries to destroy Democracy in America.
    Keep on Civin'

    • It's obvious to anyone that understands election fraud.

They took a sample of 100 ballots and literally found 3 fraudulent ballots in AZ.

So you can talk about what people say all you want. Fraud is a fact.

          • And so are common mistakes... and other such things that have happened in elections since the dawn of time...
But the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or Trumps own Justice Department, or Republican officials in many states have not found any evidence of massive fraud like Trump and his cult keep claiming while providing no proof.

            • That guy is a corrupt liar. And election fraud is not out of the ordinary. That's propaganda, like you hear in Venezuela.

                • There is still no proof, nor even evidence in most cases, of fraud that would impact the election.

It's dishonest to repeat that when plaintiff has been prohibited from gathering evidence.

I don't think that Texas has any case? There is the issue of free and fair elections, but that is impacted by court decisions and then decided by Congress (today?). What case can Texas have about how Michigan or Pennsylvania law decides?

The plaintiff has been given many opportunities to gather evidence. Recounts, the possibility to have people make statements in court under oath (they are willing to on TV, why not in court?) and more. What is being asked for is to invalidate an election without evidence, because there is no more time to acquire additional evidence without beginning to invalidating the election. To invalidate an election without evidence is not free and fair elections and is opposed to the principle that our nation was founded on.

And there are many accusations without evidence in Texas and so on, yet the focus is on the places where multiple massive election frauds would overturn the election. If the goal was to gather evidence from every place, then people should be in Texas and Alabama and North Carolina and Montana. And there is no way to do an election under such conditions.

Are you claiming that they proved that there isn't significant fraud by doing recounts? Because I promise that more fraud will be found if they do a signature audit.
