As for HQC it does seem to have some benefit if administered early in the infection and the price is around $0.01 per dose so it is cheap with almost no side effects. I would agree that the national stockpile should be released as it is likely to help some and unlikely to hurt anyone.

Is it where we should be focusing? Nope. A vaccine is the only real solution but as that is not going to come until next year at the earliest...
