If the fraud is so bad that state legislatures decide to appoint Republican electors, is another path. Though the total ballots (not voters) are in Biden's favor, he can still lose the election. Or, as Dinner's vid suggests, the states toss it to the Supreme Court which sends it to the state legislatures. Im this case, Trump wins. Been saying this for weeks, nobody listens. The court was unanimous in deciding against Kelly and others, and refusing to block vote certification on Saturday. Five of the seven judges wrote that they believed the lawsuit had been filed far too late, a year after absentee voting procedures had been established in the state and weeks after millions of Pennsylvanians voted in good faith.

A single Republican state senator in PA said on Twitter that he wants the state legislature to appoint electors. This would be contrary to current state law, which says that the governor appoints electors, in accordance with the state's popular vote.
