      Exactly
I can not think how anyone who claims to be "christian" can support Trumps move against DACA.

Then you aren't bothering to think about the matter at all. What is DACA and how to Obama originally justify it? It was Delayed Action for Childhood Arrivals. It was Obama saying he was using his executive authority to delay proper legal action against illegal alien migrants because he wanted to do so and thought federal resources where better spent going after illegal aliens who commit felonies (those are the same illegal alien felons ****bag democratic extremists in my state now protect from deportations via the "The Sanctuary State" law which should be named the "Release illegal alien felons into our neighborhoods" law).

You are now wrongly claiming the executive does not have the authority to say that temporary delayed action is over and now laws will once again be enforced. Your position truly is nonsensical upon even the slightest examination. "Delay" is not amnesty nor is it permanent. Clearly, the President has the power to say we are no longer delaying and now we will enforce the duely enacted laws of the United States.

Fortunately I live in germany and not the USA ... we may haver our own problems, but being ruled by a man-baby with an oversized ego (and a bunch of politicians who do his bidding no matter how legally or morally questionable it is) is not among those problems. ... so contacting one of my congressmen will not have any effect

It is valid to view it as a promise Obama made. Sadly, Congress never granted him the power to do that. If Congress wants to do so then it can do so but Obama's promise does not last beyond Obama's term in office unless codified into law as any future executive and reverse any previous executive order. Which is what has now happened.

So write an angry letter to your Congressman urging action if you want but the courts have no business doing what these hacks have done. I have a very high degree of confidence that this will be overturned on appeal because it is prima face illegitimate at first glance.

Is Trump mean and petty? Sure! That is still not a good legal reason to block a lawful executive order. If citizens decide they do not want a President who is mean and petty then they can make their will known in the next Presidential election.

If any of the DACA applicants are committing felonies, boot um. I still think resources are still better spent going after those that do commit felonies I am not denying the right of the President to do ti, but I can still consider it a dickish move that reflect poorly on our country.

And I don't have to write my congressman. He has already gone on record supporting DACA recipients.

If you want to get down to it what really upsets the Republicans about DACA is Hispanics tend to not vote for them while Dems always deliberately try to ramp up legalizing illegals specifically because they want to import more voters.

If Hispanics voted the other way you would automatically see the two parties flip positions. There is really only political opportunism at work here.

                  Yes, that may be ...
the current elections have shown again how far many of Trumps GOP will go in order to keep the "wrong" demographics from voting

You mean like the juge number of illegal voters that Trumps voting investigation uncovered?

                        How many was it again?
                        I think 9 .... out of several millions of voters ... 9

If you want to talk about money wasted in useless investigations, maybe you should begin with those that were started by Donnie and/or the GOP

DACA do get booted if they commit felonies (well, most of the time; Obama granted some waivers). California's terrible "Sancuary State" law makes it illegal for any state or local law enforcement to cooperate on deportations for any illegal unless they commit murder or rape. Originally, even murders and rapists were supposed to just get released back into the community after finishing their jail sentences. This means hundreds of thousand of illegal aliens who commit felonies are not getting deported and instead are released into our communities to offend again.

Dems lied. They said "it is just the children, won't you think of the children?" Then it turns out your average DACA recipient is in his mid to late 30s. Those aren't children. They said we had to let young illegals go so they could concentrate of illegals who commit felonies then they turned around and said the felons can't be deported either. At this point I no longer give them ANY benefit of the doubt and now say all illegals need to be deported, no exceptions.

They were (often young) children when they came, they have (generally) only known the US, they were raised here. They have their life here. They don't have another life. In some cases they don't know Spanish/etc.

It is thinking of the children.

The reason why the average DACA recipient is in their 30s is because illegal immigration (from Mexico/etc) has mostly not been a problem for since the early 00s (https://www.statista.com/statistics/...ion-in-the-us/).

So their solution... make it look like the Republican party has something against Hispanics, thereby guaranteeing that Hispanics won't vote Rebublican?

No. We don't think Latinos are stupid. Democrats do. That's why they keep calling anyone that believes in enforcing the border a racist. You think Latinos are stupid. That's racist.
