That seems unlikely as Japan was part of the TransPacific Partnership so we would have had free trade if Trump just hadn't been a dumb ass and pulled us out. A successful impeachment of "Donnie Small Hands" is a pipe dream. Even if we had clear proof of Russian collusion, there is no way that 18 Republican Senators (I am even assuming the Democrats can pick up a Senate seat in 2018) will vote for impeachment.
