Which white terrorist are you talking about? The Austin bomber? Last I heard no one has come up with a motive yet, has that changed? To be terrorism you have to have some sort of political goal otherwise it is certainly a crime but not terrorism.
So far, I have heard there was a long rambling 25 minute long self made video where he complained his life was so hard, that no one liked him, and his job sucked while admitting he was the bomber but didn't give any reason why he did it. Honestly, he is sounding like some whiny EMO type full of self pitty who wanted to become famous and go out with a bang. Maybe the supposed list of perspective targets or his internet history will shed more light on matters though. Our Gen Z nutters can't even be bothered to write proper manifestos these days.
