Dude, you have the most powerful military in the world, but its not THAT powerful. You still have little things like logistics and basing rights to worry about, and those carrier battle groups of yours aren't invincible either. Any war against Russia or China and although you'd probably win, it'd still cost you incredibly dearly. And of course it would depend what 'win' actually meant. Getting most of your major cities nuked would be considered by most people to be a pretty phyrric victory.

Where you failed was not winning the war, but rather in nation rebuildiing.

The last time where you were successful in this has been more than 70 years ago.
You didn't even earnestly try it in Afghanistan and Iraq and rather limited yourself (after the won war) to tactical strikes against suspects that often enough resulted in collateral damages (speak: innocent civilian casualties) or brutal searches in households where you assumed weapons (where you treated the members of the households which were searched as if they were already proen guilty)
(well, I may exaggerate a bit ... there surely were lots of soldiers who treated the people in Afghanistan/Iraq with dignity ... but there were enough cases like the ones I described, to rather alienate the ppulation, rather thn win their hearts)

(aside from this your failure in nation building also resulted in the rise in ISIS, because after the tyranny of the Sunni (to which Saddam belonged) there followed a (felt) oppression of the Sunni by the Shia dominated government, giving ISIS arguments with which to perrsuade followers (many of them being part of the former Saddam government/military) .... perhaps ISIS wouldn't have appeared (at least not as powerful) if you actively had tried to take care that both religious groups (Shia and Sunni) be part of the government)

Sounds like you want to have people from our right wing (i.e. those who love to keep german to the germans, wish to throw all foreigners out (yet still love to eat at the local turkish Dönershop, or the local italian Pizzeria), dream of a return of the Großdeutsche Reich in its borders from before WW 1 and dream of the return of a great Führer like Hitler).

I am sure they would feel home in the alt-right of the USA, with Bannon and Beitbart.

Unfortunately I assume that they will have problems learning english, considering that most of them don't seem to belong to the intelligent, industrious or ambitious part of the german population (actually something they have in common with those parts of the german population who became members of the IS )
With some of them I actually wonder if they are capable of speaking/writing understandable High German, aside from phrases like "Ausländer raus" or ""Deutschland den Deutschen" or "Sieg Heil"

You will also have to take into account that a large part of them will (due to their lack of ambition, intelligence, diligence and their lack of knowledge in english) most probably end up on welfare or being incapable of finding better jobs than casual employment.
But maybe they would be good enough to replace the mexicans you throw out, with their jobs in house cleaning and illegal construction work
