              Dunno.

              I was merely presenting what seems (at least to me) a rational explanation for Trump "sniffing" during the debate.

              I recognise that there may well be alternative explanations.

                                I'd never heard of him so I consulted Professor google who tells me Howard Dean did study medicine. He was also a Democrat governor and former chair of the Democrats.

                                I would not take his medical opinion in this case, given that Trump is the Republican nominee for POTUS.
