  • What kind of man? A married man?
Men are supposed to be leaders.

You're speaking only for yourself. How do you know that others feel incomplete without women or men?
Better question, why did you marry if you felt complete without a woman in your life?

On shore leave? Reputation for what? Be specific. If this is what you passionately believe then you must have thought about it a great deal. What exactly do you mean
Sailors aren't exactly known for their chastity.

Ok, so no man has deficiencies that need to be atoned for by relating to women? Great. What about this purpose? Who told you that a man's purpose in life is to be married? Does it say that in the bible?
We all have deficiencies in that we are sinful people. Men and women.

As for me, I believe it is my calling to be married, yes.

So you think he's responsible for her sin? Isn't that convenient for her? So now we're getting somewhere. You think women need men to keep them from skinning, because they can't not sin without a leader. But wait, how is it that men need women? Because they have to be leaders?

I think that he's responsible for choosing to accept sin rather than being a man and showing some leadership in saying no.

So it comes down to Adam is a sinner (more of a sinner) because he's a man (he's a sinner if eve sins). And Eve really isn't a sinner because Adam should have been a leader. You're gonna say blah blah blah, and this is as exciting as old people ****ing. I've been paying attention to this crap being taught and spewed by people like you on the internet. You don't come out and say it plainly, but you say it.

For a man who believes this he accepts that he is more sinful than a woman, because he's a LEADER! Yay! No. Actually there's nothing Christian actually about being a leader. Christianity praises the meek. "Blessed are the meek," not blessed are the leaders. The bible does not say blessed are the leaders.

Women have it better. They get to be virtuous and get to blame whatever sin they commit on men because men are supposed to be leaders. But the truth is that you are equally guilty of sin whether you are man or woman, leader or follower.

Who said anything about 'more'? Adam's sin is failing to be a leader, choosing to blame eve for his moral failings and then disobedience to God. Eve's sin is disobedience and tempting Adam.

And Eve really isn't a sinner because Adam should have been a leader.
Where did I absolve Eve of her sins?

For a man who believes this he accepts that he is more sinful than a woman, because he's a LEADER!
I did not say, "more". I said that his sin was partially in failing to be a moral leader.

there's nothing Christian actually about being a leader.
Uh. Wow. Yeah, I would argue that leadership is an important trait for Christian men. I'd be hard pressed to find a book that didn't teach it.

Christianity praises the meek. "Blessed are the meek," not blessed are the leaders. The bible does not say blessed are the leaders.
Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the kingdom of God.

I'm not sure where I said anything differently. Eve does not excuse Adam for his sin, nor does Adam excuse Eve.

                      • Nobody has to be a leader. Nobody has to get married. Nobody has to submit to a man. Nobody has to be ashamed because of the sins of others. I expected double talk from you and that's what I got.

so Adam was a leader when he followed God and he was a follower when he didn't follow God?

                          • I'm pretty sure that no one is suppose to be a leader. It's a set up, usually by people who don't want to follow or lead.

And how does that justify the point that Christianity does have leaders, that men are made for women, that women are made for men, and that Christ died to save us from our sins?

Adam was a good leader when he followed God and a bad leader when he blamed Eve for his decision.
