nevertheless things like this one sound like the crimean tartars were better off during ukrainian times:

That's mostly because Mejlis and ATR sided with Ukraine in the Crimean question, not because they were Crimean Tatar organisations.

So, the organizations and broadcasters aren´t allowed their own opinion, if said opinion is contrary to Putins?
(or more exactly:so, broadcasters/organizations are getting oppressed if they dare to voice an opinion that diverges from the governments opinion)?

      • It looks like Bloomberg totally called it back in December 2014. 2015 will be the year of the Putin dictatorship.

I shouldn´t be surprised ... but Serb never gets tired of claiming how free the russian press is, compared to the western press

            • They are free to say whatever comes to Putin's mind. The Western press is more generally bound by the truth.

Listen, clown, Ukraine has shut down ALL Russian TV channels on their territory long time ago and you (the West) were pretty happy about that.

As for the ATR TV-channel, that was intentional provocation by the owners. The have sabotaged the process of receiving of a license in accordance with the Russian legislation and predictably the channel was shut down.
The have all possibilities to protest that decision in a Russian or European court (and considering how "unbiased" and "friendly" European Court is in everything Russia-related they had quite good chances to win a case there),
                BUT THEY DID NOTHING.
                Guess why?

The Western press doesn't even have the word "truth" in its dictionary.

Considering all that was published by the russian newspaper "Prawda" during soviet times,
the dictionary of the russian press most probably says that the meaning of "truth" is "propaganda"

Would you agree that foreign propaganda outlets which spread lies and urge violence is a bad thing? Because that is what Kremlin controlled has been doing.
