Actually Turkey supplies the ISIS constantly since it is the only real opposition to the kurds.

That's also the beef it has, by wanting to create a no fly zone in northern syria and uses the refugees to do it (but inadvertedly, that's actuallly a humanitarian move by them. the huge influx and transfer by Greece to the rest of europe also helps bring down merkel's support btw). Turkey says: if we stop the refugee influx, you're (EU) pushing for the non fly zone. Russia's entaglement screwd up those plans of Turkey to create a non fly zone and take out the kurds one by one.
