You can read the Torah to see quite clearly that the Jewish faith doesn't care for the Gentiles. The vast majority of the texts involving killing of 'others' kind of exist in the Torah.

The land which most of the settlements are built upon is government land and as Israel is the acting government it is fair for them to sell the land to developers. It's a legal transaction certainly under Israeli law.
