Apparently he considered his roommates to be losers, with loser apparently meaning not being as white/rich as him.

Got confused by him saying that him being rich and not having a gf was "injustice." So he was angry at women for them not digging enough gold?

For a half Asian guy he sure had a huge amount of hatred for Asian people in general and Asian men in particular. It was a strange type of self hatred which I have to wonder if it was tied up with his anger against his Chinese-American mother.

To be fair to Alby, one of his girlfriends was a gold digger in a way. He dated an actual prostitute (who he never had sex with) who borrowed $300 from him and never paid him back.

I can tell you that the shooter was a regular on the Misc forum at BodyBuilding.com. His posts have since been removed (as the link says) but can be seen through google cache.

About 80% of the posters there think the same way (or troll that they do) as the shooter. The shooter was what is called a 'typical non-lifting miscer'.

Everyone's lonely and awkward, obsessed with reaching some sort of physical and economic ideal that will make them desirable to women, women are both despised as 'sl0ts' while being placed as the ultimate goal, there's a lot of brown hate especially on Indians (pics of an Indian/Asian man with a white girl become massive threads of resentment), brown people are always trying to justify their white-ness (threads of Latinos/Afghans/Indians posting pictures of their people with blue/green eyes abound), there's a lot of BBC (big black you know) talk and of 'dat BBC genetics' making Black guys put on muscle easily and attract white women, obsession with height (manmores vs manlets), constant insecurity and desiring acceptance/validation from other men (including rate me threads), etc. etc.

Talk about internalized received racism. This also confirms that many body builders truly are trying to compensate for their feelings of inadequacy.

You're combining two different people.

The gold digging prostitute/stripper... I spent about $25,000 on her. I bought her a car, paid the down payment on a second car, paid her cellphone bill (which she regularly went over the minutes), paid her car insurance, she only would spend time with me when I took her shopping, she had access to my ATM card at will, etc. etc.

It was in retrospect a horrible experience but at the time, I thought that was how things worked and she was the only one who would love me.

My girlfriend now is the exact opposite of her in every way. It's been a revelation. I'm like 'THIS?! This is what a relationship is supposed to be? Someone who actually thinks the world of you and regularly shows it?'

It's been startling.

While men who do NONE of that taunt them with the object of their desire, that by all rights, should be THEIRS, theirs who work their damnedest to the point of obsession to be WORTHY of it but never achieve it!

In short, be a normal guy who looks to be emotionally stable and who can hold down a decent job goes a long way so does being relaxed and actually being able to have an intelligent conversation with them. Most women just aren't looking for emotionally stunted ***** who obsessively work out to get that perfect six pack while they're barely treading financial water at some low paid dead end job. Like I said, being real, being genuine, and actually being able to have a witty conversation like a normal human being goes a long way.

That was true when I was young and in shape just like it is true now when I'm in my late 30's and need to lose a few pounds. So stop making excuses.

Al, you're just a sad, sad person and it is no wonder why you have so many problems with women. Hey, I've had plenty myself, lots of relationships which didn't work out, more than a few of them due to my failings and not her's, but you really take the cake. You didn't understand any of that stuff about just being yourself and being genuine, did you? Here's a hint, after you've been dating a while, especially after you've moved in together, that fake **** won't hold up so it is better to just be yourself, be a likable person who others enjoy being around, and then you'll meet women. Best of all the women you meet will be women who like you for who you are and not the fake front you're desperately trying to present.
