The question is that now that we have heard the wishes of the workers will the anti-labor UAW and anti-worker labor lawyers deny the workers the power and influence of actual worker elected board members out of spite?
As for the "outsiders" in question I realize you cognitive skills are demonstrably subpar but surely you understand the ridiculousness of that claim given the UAW is from Detroit and just got rode out of town on a rail by local joe line worker?"The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out." - Che explaining why orbital nightime pictures of NK show few lights. I have to agree with this especially if you don't have a good resume. I don't know where I'd be if I didn't move to OK. It's nice to be able to find a place to put your things at too.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

What's wrong though with UAW sending people to another state to fight for the betterment of workers??
If you're against others from another state becoming involved in a state's affair though in general, were you just as outraged with the Mormon Church's involvement with the whole Proposition 8 affair in California??A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.

Second, you are the one whining about outsider interference, The UAW is as outside as you can get in this situation.

I am sure you could come up with a situation in which I'd agree with you."The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out." - Che explaining why orbital nightime pictures of NK show few lights. Seriously.

I don't see how one can complain about 'outside interference in Prop 8' and then defend the fact that one justice was sufficient to override the people of California.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

There are many obvious things that you seem uniquely unable or unwilling to see. The bizarrely imagined false equivalency in your sentence above (comparing outsider political influence with due process in the judiciary) is ample demonstration.Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011

So no, the workers at this VW plant did not really vote freely according to their conscience; not with the amount of interference by Tennessee Republican politicians.
The truth is that VW would not allow any time for any anti-union discussions to be held at all, but gave the pro union folks ample time and accomodations to make their case. This was more of a heavy handed effort by labor than anything else."I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. An interesting development is actually taking place among the legislators in Tennessee. They are looking for ways to modify current law to allow VW to have its work councils. On a side note, VW has informally started talking about expanding the plant in the wake of the vote and adding another car and production line.
It seems like this may end up being a win for VW, a win for the workers, and a heavy loss to the UAW."I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic.
