Now multiply by 7.5 to get to the US population from Argentina's, and you're up to 15 mass murder sprees. I don't doubt that there have been 15 "random" mass killings in the last 10 years in the US, but I doubt it's that much higher than that.

The US has significantly higher homicide rates than other core first world countries. However, as you note, the homicide rate is pretty uneven, with certain inner cities experiencing much higher rates (similar to ****holes like Jamaica, South Africa or some of the Latin American basket cases). This has very little to do with gun control laws. A great number of the homicides in inner cities are drug/gang-related (and no, are not generally about "stealing cars"). Despite non-inner city America owning guns in great numbers the homicide rate there is only slightly higher than, e.g. Canada, Australia etc.

There are way more responsible gun owners than nuts who have guns.

Even when a convicted drunk driver has his drivers license taken this will still not keep him or her from driving drunk again.
but all responsible drivers should not have to give up there privilege to drive to cure the problem of drunk drivers.
