I wasn't even aware organic pesticides existed. I thought organic meant pesticides aren't used. (As opposed to insect repellents, like garlic juice).

Drake, if you want to wash down your insecticide with some herbicide, please be my guest.
I already do. I'd much rather have residual Roundup on my produce than residual manure.Last edited by Drake Tungsten; April 27, 2010, 18:22.KH FOR OWNER!

Ricketyclik, the 'organic' label on your produce is about as meaningful as the 'ecofriendly' green box. They both serve the same purpose, branding and establishing a premium price.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

ricketyclick, do you use antibiotics? They are BACTERIA POISON!
The fact that most organic food proponents shun synthetic agricultural chemicals while happily using any number of synthetic medications is one of the more delicious ironies of this retarded movement.KH FOR OWNER!

I don't shun synthetic agricultural products, as I've clearly stated, I merely have concerns about consuming pesticides, and as to the sustainability of synthetic fertilizers.
Antibiotics, while life-savers, introduce problems of their own when a course is taken - the friendly flora in the gut is vastly reduced, making infection by unfriendlies much more likely.
Now go ahead flamers, and tell me I just said "I never take antibiotics and they are the worst thing that ever happened to humanity". :exasperated:

Pesticides are synthetic agricultural chemicals, genius.

It would be better if you actually did completely reject antibiotics. At least your retardation would be consistent.KH FOR OWNER!
