First off, the Queen is queen throughout her realms. If Britain were to kick her out, they must first have the approval of the commonwealth. If they couldn't get the approval of the commonwealth, then the Queen would still retain her titles throughout the rest of the world, she would remain Queen of Canada.

The reverse is also true, in the case of Australia, or Canada, they would simply leave the commonwealth. Legally, the government would be required to purchase the land from the Crown, or reach some sort of financial settlement with the Queen, deemed satisfactory to both parties.

Of course there's always revolution, in that case the Loyalists and the Rebels square off and decide who wins.
