I knew there was something I was forgetting! 
At this morning's strategy session I'm going to find out what's on Sho's mind for the day. Now that the roof is poured if the pro workers need a job they can get going on the circumference wall, adding to the laundry. If Sho has a plan for them then they can do whatever is his plan. The laborers, I'm assuming here, will be pouring the first steps under the direction of Sho. I'll know soon and be able to make my suggestions when Sho gets here at 7AMish or in about 30 min. I also want to discuss the gate with him.
Later today after they've put in some time I intend to go take some pics and since the hot young chicks are scarce at the moment you might actually get your wish of a few of the job if you're lucky and having a good day.

Sho said that Tito came through on Saturday and gave instructions on the stairs. This is the result. You can see that of my earlier instructions the 8" high and 12" wide of the steps is what stuck.
The stairs are 2 meters wide, not one. Behind that is the other one meter wall.

At the bottom is the one meter.
At the top is a rather larger landing. The steps are stopped. I put them on hold until I could consult with you. The guys are on other stuff I'll get to later.
