Except, Republican Herbert Hoover was in office when the stock market crashed in October 1929. There also was no television at the time; TV wasn't introduced to the public until a decade later, at the 1939 World's Fair.

Biden ripped him another this morning in a speech in Ohio on foreign policy.
Biden systematically explained how McSame's saberrattling is counterproductive and is making Iran stronger. How McSame has been wrong on Pakistan & Afgahistan, on Iraq, etc.. How McSame's refusal to meet with our NATO ally Spain, whose troops are fighting beside us in Afghanistan, shows more erroneous judgment.

His credibility is quite lacking, as shown in my previous post. You just can't believe whatever comes out of his mouth because it's obvious that he makes it up as he goes along. So anything that he says that could be true suffers because of it.
