We keep hearing this idea that Obama supporters think Obama can do no wrong, but we keep not actually seeing any of these supposed supporters. Which posters in this thread exemplify that? Me? Arrian? GePap? Zkribbler?

The Republicans genuinely believe that the WMD did exist, they must've just vanished. Bush is a good leader, worthy of two terms worth of their votes. Obama supporters say he's completely pristine with a 3.5 foot ****. God is real and sent us to Iraq. That kind of stuff.
It's kind of bizarre at first, but I think you'd be used to it by now."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

It's nice to see that MOST of us are not blind to the faults of our candidates. That's the only point I've been trying to make. I have a problem with people who worship EITHER candidate without ever admitting that their candidate has flaws.
I'm going to vote for the candidate that best matches my views... but unfortunately, it won't make one damn bit of difference since I live in Illinois. I have voted for Mickey Mouse (and other such silly write in candidates), libertarians and independents in some past presidential elections. Because Illinois is going to go Democrat, no matter what I do... sigh.Keep on Civin'

Aren't you glad we have the Electoral College around to effectively disenfranchise half our population in the name of giving places like Wyoming more influence?

I don't believe WMD's existed, and I think Bush is a clown. I see major problems with the Republican party and would like to see the righties made less important.
Needless to say, there are morons in both parties...Keep on Civin'

Even though I'm sure the Republicans would lose more by going to a popular vote, I would like to see an end to the Electoral College.Keep on Civin'

You'll always have a moron in charge.
The question is, do you want a moron who has an affair with an ugly intern, or do you want a moron who indiscriminately invades other countries and sends your sons and daughters off to die because of it?"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. And to answer the question, I'd take the moron that had the affair. But GOD, was she ugly. I would hope the president could do better than thatKeep on Civin'
