We call this soap. It makes a lather when wet, and when rubbed on the skin actaully cleans you and removes germs.

I'll bet if you really looked hard, your local grocery store has this also.

Antibacterial soap? I guess it never occured to you that many of the germs you are killing are beneficial to you.

And by the way, you should be careful with soap on your private parts. It can damage the mucosa, and I don't think that would help preventing infections.
