Jesus Christ.... he's talking about a class of people with no identifiable race: the sort of people who betray people like Jesus and Bolivar. He's talking about those who hate the poor.
I cannot find anything about Jews betraying Bolivar. The only thing I can find about Jews and Bolivar is that some Jews helped him. Thus the Bolivar comment clearly shows what Chavez is talking about.
Why is there even a debate? It's clear what he means.

Or maybe he's just trying to put himself in the same list as Jesus and Bolivar, which I assume are probably the biggest two "heroes" over there.
