Anyone who thinks men in general are less emotional than women has never been at a game of football.

(That's football is in real football, not they gay American version, but it holds for any team sport, pretty much.)
Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

            emotional

adj 1: determined or actuated by emotion rather than reason; "it was an emotional judgment" [ant: cerebral] 2: of more than usual emotion; "his behavior was highly emotional" [ant: unemotional] 3: of or pertaining to emotion; "emotional health"; "an emotional crisis" 4: extravagantly demonstrative; "insincere and effusive demonstrations of sentimental friendship"; "a large gushing female"; "write unrestrained and gushy poetry" [syn: effusive, gushing(a), gushy] 5: of persons; excessively affected by emotion; "he would become emotional over nothing at all"; "she was worked up about all the noise" [syn: aroused, excited, worked up]

1: determined or actuated by emotion rather than reason

THIS is what I'm talking about. This is what women are and men are not. Men have emotions but control them in favor of acting on facts. Women have emotions and act on them as if they were facts.

The way you stay in control of a relationship as a man is
you CREATE her emotions and she will naturally DESIRE to act on them.

You can not THINK that their minds work analytically like ours do. It's a TOTALLY different process.

            Consider:

She stands in front of the tv when the football game is on. We think "SHE HAS *GOT* TO GET OUT FROM IN FRONT OF THE TV!"

You don't bring her flowers. She doesn't think "This guy needs to go out and get me some flowers" She thinks "HE DOSEN'T LOVE ME ANY MORE... IS IT MY WEIGHT?... IS HE CHEATING..."

See? It doesn't make any sense because SHE gets an EMOTION from actions and words, then she acts on that, whereas WE act on the facts of the situation.

This is why I am saying that those of you who assert that men are as emotional as women are WRONG.

What have you added to this thread? Prove me wrong. Teach us all something, please..

See, the thing is, I know what I'm talking about. It has taken a lot of trial and error in relationships to get to this point, but I'm convinced that I know what I'm talking about. If you all would stop piling on me and read my words of wisdom, you might learn something about women that you didnt know before.

If a man has a high level of estrogen in his system perhaps he is just as irrational and emotional as a woman.

Would you take me for the rather emotional type?

That I am, enough so, that some of the women I know don't know how to respond. I just don't care about trying to hide it like the other guys.

I know you're FoS. You know in Arabic culture, men are considered the emotional and pationate ones, who get all weapy about a poem they just read in the newspaper, while women are considered cold and analytical.
