See, the thing is, I know what I'm talking about. It has taken a lot of trial and error in relationships to get to this point, but I'm convinced that I know what I'm talking about. If you all would stop piling on me and read my words of wisdom, you might learn something about women that you didnt know before.
Whereas those of us with years of experience keeping the same woman happy (me, Ming) don't know what we're talking about?

My usual mixture of opinions, factoids and personal attacks. What about you?
      Prove me wrong.
Technically, I wasn't saying you were wrong. I said you came across as an emotional crazy relying on anecdotal evidence. I stand by that statement.

You don't seem to be convincing much anybody else.

If you think I go to 'Poly to learn about women, you're in serious need of the better part of a pack of cards.
Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

Basically my view on this is as follows.

Are women emotional and irrational? - yes.

            Are men? - yes.

Any man that thinks he isn't emotional and irrational doesn't know himself very well.

Try putting yourself in her shoes for a few minutes. Ask yourself why she asked you to move in? Why was she upset that you said no?

While this is total speculation, she may indeed want commitment from someone and this was her way of giving you a test.

Perhaps, Ned, but I despise being tested to see where my feelings are. A girl who dare to test me gets a trip to DumpedVille.

Barinthus, you might really try putting yourself in a woman's shoes sometimes. They are almost all looking for Mr. Right. Almost all of them need to be reassured from time to time. This is normal.

 they need to find an alterative of being reassured as opposite to testing others.

Beside I wouldn't want to be with a woman whom is looking for 'Mr. Right.' It should just happen.

It's a bad sign that she wants a committment so soon into the relationship. In fact, I know exactly how something like this ends. It's best to go slow and both of you discover your feelings for each other instead of being given an either or proposition.

Yeah, God forbid she likes you. A LOT.

God forbid she take the time to actually get to know someone before moving in with them.

We are talking about 3 months here.

edit: At that rate they would be married at 6 and expecting parents at 8. Or perhaps the other way around

Sometimes it doesn't take three months. If you want it, you'll do it.

This just wasn't one of those times. But when it hits you, you know.

                              Sorry buddally.
