B5 rulez. Like a reqular soap, but when someone gets really pissed, instead of trying to badmouth you or ruin your life otherwise, they send a fleet to destroy your homeworld. Gotta love that. Realistic human tech, the early EA ships didn't even have artificial gravity, they had seatbelts. And newtonian flightmodel soothes the soul of any old Warhead pilot. Which reminds me of the SFX, which, AFAIK, were made with Amigas. (Not the reqular A500's, though...)
Quantum Leap was also great, and Red Dwarf, what I saw of it. Heck, they had JFK assassinate JFK...
Bladerunner, Directors Cut was also a great experience. And the first Planet of the Apes. "God damn you all to hell!" as they say.
Forbidden Planet, Dark Star (oh yeah!), Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis, Ghost in the Shell and Star Wreck. (Valopallot rulez ok.) There really haven't been that much good scifi on big screen lately...
Never had much interest in Alien movies, but did enjoy Resurrection immensely, solely because of Annalee Call...
I feel like I'm forgetting something big...
Well, Galaxy Quest was fun. Farscape also, beeing the only thing on finnish tv at the moment. Enterprise seems to be picking up steam quite well.
ST: Voyage Home was fun also.
