JohnT's wife goes to Buffy conventions. I just tag along. I haven't gone to a sci-fi con on my initiative since Harlan Ellison was the Guest of Honor at DragonCon in Atlanta back around 1993, 94. Nowadays, they don't even bother with books, much, it's all TV and movies.

there are still star wars books, but those aren't al lthat good. I really got into the star wars books when I was first playing KOTOR, goddman that game is addicting, but then I swung out, and my interest again lagged.Comment

Just read the Timothy Zahn books, esp. his first three. The newer books are garbage, at least what I have read;they have reached a point where they just need to let it go.Originally posted by bipolarbear

Wonka and senior vice president Charlie's been going for a more capital-intensive mode of production.
