That guy is average height and he does have a couple of BigMacs a day and a soda (no fries)-in fact, the first day of his diet he had 9 of them, and thinks by now he has consumed 19,000 of them. He is not skinny though
2 BigMacs a day probalby does not take you well above your max fats and certainly would not meet you daily caloric needs. As for nutrients, of course it has them- you get fats and proteins and simple sugars, the flour and the salt used are probalby enriched already, while the few vegetables give you some vitamins.
