Actually, it is much easier to me to flirt with friends' or relatives' girlfriends than with free girls. Maybe because it is obvious to everyone it cannot get serious...

I don't know if I suck at flirting, since I've never really tried it...

Why? Simple reason:
The kind of girl I'm looking for, are pretty seldom, or at least hard to find... And the worst problem: I don't know where to find any of those kind of girls where I live... Sure, there's lots of girls at the bars, but girls who frequently goes to bars, are not my type...

It doesn't matter if they're your type. Everyone needs to practice. And practicing with girls that aren't your type takes the pressure off. An attempt to flirt does not commit you to marriage and kids. And maybe if a girl your type sees you flirting with someone else, you may seem more desirable.
