After a series of "secret" negotiations between Great Britain and France, we have finally solved the issue concerning Spain.
*It is in the interest of Great Britain to maintain a strong presence in Spain. France agrees on this point.
*France will continue its conquest of Spain, and at some later point will France and Great Britain divide Spain between the two countries. What is meant by "later point”, is when Britain has a strong enough military presence to maintain control over the cities they get. In the meantime, France will temporarily govern those cities.
*Both countries agree that there is no room for Italy in Spain. This point is not negotiable, and both countries strongly suggest Italy accept this.
