You are correct IT. We have offered technologies to Spartans but they have seemed more interested in getting regular payments of cash from us in exchange for their techs every single time. All their offers include credits from our side.
To be frank, I believe Spartan strategy is to sell same technologies to both of us, getting techs from one faction and credits from other, and preventing us from coordination of research in any way. I would like to propose coordination of our negotiations with Spartans, in order to prevent this strategy and unneccesary wastage of our resources. We could also force them to abandon their embargo rules since they would be left without other options. Do the Angels seem interested in this tactic?
