Okay, Data Angels offer to exchange a clean empath foil vs AAA drop defender.

What's the cheapest clean empath foil we could build and when it could be ready.

Getting both drop and AAA would be great benefit.

We will prepare in 2186 a drop scout unit, which will then be dropped in 2187 to your base within range inside the Mysterious Ring of Monoliths. You would then upgrade it to drop clean scout in 2188 and drop it back to our GeoMatrix base in 2189. Using scout units for this purpose will be much cheaper endeavour and is possible sooner.

We can prepare and drop an AAA unit for you at the time of your convenience.

Although the technology of Orbital SpaceFlight alone is extremely valuable, Gaian Union will feel somewhat indebted to Data Angels, which we hope to pay back in future by having further beneficial-to-both-sides deals and good relations.
We are in no position right now to divert energy as a payment for any value difference the deal might have because of need to rapidly expand our infrastructure and catch up with other factions, including Data Angels themselves.
