Sounds great Harry. I've got the TB game Eatern Front (sold as East Front in the US I think) which has dozens of great sounds on it. I could e-mail a few tasty ones to you.Originally posted by Harry Tuttle
Well I went out and bought some soundtracks coming home from work. Hopefully I can get some nice environmental music and background battle music from them. And yes, credit will be given of course. Musicians gotta eat...
What were the soundtracks BTW?

Yes of course - I'd forgotten that the fortress/fortified icons were effected. Have to ditch the health bar tweaks in that case.Originally posted by Catfish
I'm not a big fan of that because it lowers the superimposed fortified and fortress icons. See this thread. Boco did it in El Aurens. For this you'll need CivSprite.
I'll stick national markings on the units and see how they look.I don't mind them too much. I stripped them off the air units in Market-Garden; they already have visible markings – good enough for me, but not necessarily others. Not everybody's familiar with WWII units either; that also makes a difference.

Cool, send them to willsbuATyahoo.com. I should have plenty of space there.
The soundtracks were Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers, both US WW2 movies. Unfortunately, after listening to them, a lot of the music is very somber and ethereal. I'm going to go online and look for some good old Commie Party music, the sort that gets your blood pumping.
