Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
I'd recomend upgrading to it and then installing Buric's unoffical patch to it which fixes the resource trading problems introduced by 313 along with some more fixes.

On the 2 unhealthiness with "clean" power sources, I think they should mention it on all plants & also the Three Georges Dam. (At first I thought about Factory but since Coal Plants -4 shows up on the power category as well ... [in Coal Plant's case that -4 power might also be on top of a -2 building])
Basically it seems to me that Firaxis was trying to weaken SE a bit vs CE between the new power & resource unhealthiness along with giving the Env. civic a minor boost.

Agreed, but in my last game, it didn't matter; the only city I had that did not have a factory at the time 3 Gorges was built had such a low population the unhealthiness didn't matter. (Captured City with a lot of tiles controlled by the original owner.)

It does seem kind of silly if you build 3 Gorges and zero Factories, you get -2 health in all cities across your empire.
At minimum, the -2 should kick in only if you are using the power.

Agreed. Though it would be silly to build 3GD if you'd no factories, it's a very expensive wonder....
The unhealthiness is added for balance, it's not very realistic. I'm sure older pre-electricity factories that used steam power or whatever were just as polluting.
Exactly my point... it's a very expensive wonder. And now, it's no longer necessarily a good idea to build factories in low-production cities. (Previously, it often was a good idea precisely because they were low production, to boost what they had, and to allow them to run more engineers.)
I guess I'm wondering if the cost of 3 Gorges should have been scaled back, since its benefit was nerfed...
If I goup select workers using the the group like units icon and then try to direct them to a specific tile, the group of workers become "unselected" shortly thereafter. When I click back on the newly formed group, they are still a group and then I can direct them to where I please.
It is just a little annoying that they become "unselected" as a group after I select to grop them.
Anyone else experience this?
(BTW, this has been my experience with the game through all the various patches, Vanilla, Warlords and BtS)
The easyist way is to first build a Factory and Coal plant in your most hammer productive city that adjoins a river. Once the 3 Gorges goes online the extra unhealthiness from the Coal Plants go away.
