Regarding the Final Frontier mod (BtS v3.13, patched from UK v3.0.0.91):

When I send a colony ship to a planetary system in order to colonize it, I always get the system info window when I want to move the ship to the center by left-clicking on it. Obviously, the game handles this just as a simple left-click onto the planetary system center, ignoring the fact that I want to move a unit there.

The only way to circumvent this currently is to move the ship within 1 click reach of the system center and then right-click onto it while having the colony ship selected. This seems kinda laborious and can hardly be intended by design.

He means either extract physically, ie by taking a city, or threaten war to get something (The former being the only real choice in SP).

Right. Just because the master capitulates doesn't mean that the now-indpendent vassal wants to end the war (or has formally agreed to end the war).

I think the best solution is actually that the vassal of the capitulee should be automatically capitulated to the new master ... unless something causes the vassal to no longer be the vassal of the master not related to the capitulation, anyhow.

How about giving the vassal the choice of continuing the war, or becoming a vassal of the conqueror? You might want to give the conqueror the same choice.

And, this second capitulation should not force the conqueror into any new wars.

Well, I think I've pretty much done that, haven't I? By not having the war end, you are left with the option of asking the former Vassal to capitulate to you. If they don't, then the war will continue.

I just object to the idea the Vassal gets "free" peace with you without actually doing anything. I shouldn't have to "redeclare" war on them, because I never stopped the war to begin with.

It'd be nice to see some of the Firaxis people posting here on these bugs, to show that they're aware and fixing them. As it stands now I haven't downloaded 3.13 and probably won't until a new patch is out.

A.I seem to still be reasonable when offering a trade itself though. Once I start negoatiating about it however, A.I goes crazy.
Yep. In my game yesterday, I was offered a reasonable deal by one of the A.I.'s...something like spices for wine. I thought I'd try to negotiate this a bit, which has previously always allowed me to get at least the originally offered deal. Now, the best I could have gotten was something like spices for wine + clam + 6 gold.

This may be somewhat deliberate, i.e., making the AI's tougher negotiators, but it has gotten so out of hand, that making any sensible deals is basically impossible most of the time.

Though, in my experience not all the AI's behave similarly...usually only the bigger ones.

The other, less serous, bug i found is related to culture.
Or rather to the fact that when selecting a building to build in a city, there is no longer any information regarding how much culture the specific building gives.
What I had yesterday was a bug showing hammers instead of culture. I.e., monastery giving 2 hammers. Anyone else seen this?

Probably not a bug -- sounds like your state religion was the same religion as the civ that built the Apostolic Palace, which gives +2 hammers for every state religion building -- so long as the AP's religion is your official state religion.

And Bhruic's unofficial patch fixes the above-mentioned bug concerning AI resource negotiations. I strongly recommend that you download it, as it fixes many niggling little bugs like that introduced as part of the 3.13 patch. it is stickied at the top of this forum.

In my first game under 3.13 + Bhruic's patch I am not mentioned at all in the popups of Greatest civilization etc.

Not if there's more than 8 civs in the game.

I'm in the modern era of my first 3.13 game and I keep getting video memory errors. Very annoying because a turn takes quite some time now and I can only play a couple of turns before it crashes. Having to replay a lot of moves is not my idea of fun.

Before 3.13 I've played similar games (large/epic/tech tree almost complete/big modern war for fun) and never had any problems. Same computer, same setup. Does anyone else have this too?

Was it ever the case that the extra +5 cpt granted by the Sistine Chapel to State Religion buildings showed up in the hover menu for those buildings in the queue? It's showing up in the list of buildings actually finished, but not in those buildings I have yet to complete. There's something that it would be nice to add.
