Yeah, that's definitely a bug, it's listing "Airunit Capacity" as 15/4. I'll look into that one.

edit: Ok, it's only happening with vassals, so it's possible the bug was in 3.02 as well.

I'm not noticing where the worker bug is tho'. The only island that you don't have fully railroaded is the one with the Barb city, and the only worker there isn't automated.

Ok, the rebase problem was a simple fix - it was checking the current number of air units of the city owner, not the air unit owner.

Yep I checked too and it is unlimited for vassal cities only.

The worker bug (i consider this a bug because if there is still any work to be done that does not contradict the instructions leave forest, don't change improvements, etc. then there should be no workers staying in cities) will probably take longer to test because I railroaded manually all my islands.

There was no such bug in 3.02 I had 3.02 games where I had air units in vassal cities, but the limits were applied normally.

Yeah, what happened is they moved the code from one function to another. When they did that, they introduced the problem I mentioned above.

Anyway, you can get the Unofficial Patch dll which includes a fix for that bug.

Same here. This pretty much ruins MP.

My brother and I had the same problem. We play by direct IP and via the internet. This out of sync problem should be fixed ASAP.

Multiple people have reported that doing a full uninstall (deleting the full Program Files\Firaxis directory) and reinstall has cleared up all OOS errors.

Looking thru the list of saves; apprently not; I have the save 2 turns before and the turn of the event, but am missing the turn before in my save files.

I would think the bug was that previously you could found a corp under state property.

2 turns before is fine, as long as I duplicate whatever you did, I should end up with the same event taking place.

I may be wrong here- but I think the auto-workers never improved roads to rail. I know if you clicked on a non automated worker to see what it could improve - it never ever highlighted a tile that benefited from rail - like a mine or forest with lumbermill etc.

Ok, here is the 1864. I'm not sure if I changed the specalists after this save, or before it, but I did change a lot of them from what repatch was recommending to what post patch was on this turn.
Also, if the Free Artist is asleep in my Iron Works / Wall Street Town it needs worken up and give a goto order to Nag.

In 1866, I decided to expand the borders of Nag. [ex-Jap town] with a Free Artist born a few turns back. (Great Work) My other notes on that turn are "Cancel the Incense for Silver deal and the Iron for Copper + 11 GPT deal. Trade Incense to Zulus for Stone. Change civics to Enviormenalism. We will need the extra health at least tempoarily."

Also note that post cancels of that trade, my only source of Copper is from a Copper Fort SE of Nag instead of a mine.

                          And my 1868 note:

1868 AD A cache was discovered in the Budist Monstary in the capital, we decide to go with the culture from that Monastary option, but will fail to see any; maybe that expired already?

Since I was at peace and didn't discover a tech around then, it doesn't appear likely I made changes to city queues.

                            A couple more oddities.

                            1. It appears that the Zulus, a long standing capitualted vassal of mine tryed to spy attack me. (And failed)
(See the logs), it's in either this turn or one of the previous two.

                            2. This save is right after Germany which had a capitulated vassal the Vikings at war with me (and my long standing capitulated vasal the Zulus) capitualted. Realtive order, peace 4X, Vikings now a free state. Germany capitulates to me. So far, so good.
But it also looks like I'd be allowed to declare war on the Vikings immedately. I would think the normal ten turn count can't declare war should apply.

They used to improve all tiles before BTS. Even if there is no benefit in hammers from railroading it is still beneficial to be able to move to any point in your empire with as few moves as possible.
