Bugs thread - 3.13

i play on noble and have experienced that one AI gets very powerful and builds cities constantly and have a lot of units and the same time gets a lot of science (i have been able to look into the ai cities on several games with spying)
Its anoying that the AI apears to be a higher level difficulty AI
I do not know if it's a bug, but on several MP games in 3.13 and with our without the unofficial patch. Or is it supposed to be like this, that one ai gets much more powerful and will be able to build perhaps twice as many cities as the next most powerful AI.

Hi, I dont know if this bug has been posted. If so, sorry.
In the F1 screen, you can click in the cities (rows), and then adjust the specialists, the production list, the automation...
But for some reason, the last city doesnt show these things. Its the first time i notice this, is a known bug?
