I forgot about my teleport to moonglade

or my hearthstone. (though I still had like 45 minutes left before I could use it again).

I ended up falling further down the water fall and dying.

I wanted to explore even further with my spirit, but my spirit fell even further down. and I found out my spirit cannot climb waterfalls. .

The thing is I like to explore. In morrowind I would attempt to explore every single area. Even if I wasn't meant to be there. . But I can't reload like I could there.

****, my ghost is now in the veiled sea with no hope of reaching my corpse.

I think this character is a lost cause. He can climb pretty steep mountains, but I can't seem to get back on the island. Can he use the teleportation thingy in a city?

edit: I got it. I had to swim around the entire island! get back to the only city reachable on the coast, teleport back to the capitol city, then run back to my corpse. resurrect. telport to moonblade. take a flight back to the only city reachable on the coast again. teleport back the capitol city, and resume my quest. In which I didn't find the person I was looking for in the first place.

what a colossal waste of time. . of course, this entire game is that.

If you've lost your corpse (though I don't see how this could happen) you can always res at the graveyard. Just talk to the ghost.

As Spike said, there are rare times when you can't reach your corpse and you have to res at the graveyard.

I fell off hellfire peninsula in outland and my corpse fell into a black hole....

If you can't get to the graveyard, then open a ticket to a GM (game master) and hopefully they can help you out.
While there might be a physics engine that applies to the jugs, I doubt that an entire engine was written specifically for the funbags. - Cyclotron - debating the pressing issue of boobies in games.

You realise you are supposed to try to avoid dying right?

if I think it will take me more than 5 minutes to get back, and it isn't real important to get back, I just talk to the dude and have some res sickness for a bit.

but jumping off waterfalls is oh so much fun.

I love jumping from high distances. Since back in my morrowind days. Although I have to get used to the fact it doesn't improve any skills like in morrowind.

what does it mean when there are 3 z's on the top left under my pic of my character?

Does that mean he needs rest? How do I rest? It went away after I left town, however.

I finally killed that one female spider thing I was looking for. A very long respawn for that monster. I must have waited 10 minutes with some other dude (who I partied with so be both could get credit for the kill and get the quest item).

something bad is happening though. I think I'm becoming hooked on this game. . Kind of like beer. I didn't like it at first, but now I love it.

The zzz's mean that you are resting, i.e. you're gaining some rest xp bonus. You generally have it build up slowly when you're in a capital city or an inn, and it accumulates regardless of whether you are in game or not, so try to log off somewhere that you have the zzz showing. It basically doubles your xp from killing enemies until it runs out.

Apparently the maximum rested xp bonus you can get lasts up to 1.5 or 2 levels, not quite sure which, and quest xp doesn't use this up.

Yes, but....take off your armor first. Dying can become expensive. Allthough I suspect you are not wearing any epics, so it wont be that bad.

I remember some raids to Naxxramas where I would have to pay a combined total of 50 some gold for repairs
Im not sure what Baruk Khazad is , but if they speak Judeo-Dwarvish, that would be "blessed are the dwarves" - lord of the mark

so how do raids work anyways?

some guys invited me to raid some orcs. I partied up. But they didn't seem to know where they were going, and took us through some lands where we got our ass kicked by creatures who's level was so high, it didn't even show. I guess you are not safe, even on the road/path.

I died quite a few times, trying to get past that area. It costed me over 7 silver to repair it all. .

Those guys finally did make it to horde lands I believe. I could still hear their party chat. I gave up and just went to the grove of the ancients for some questing.

But I thought all the horde lands were on the other island/continent? And I'm on a normal server (not a pvp), so how does it work when attacking/raiding other players?
