What I was wondering about was who's doing that? Among suspects were Miriam, Maniac and Morgan...

O, sofar only the Believers. But with all those factions declaring v'detta to keep on Miri's good side, you never know. For instance a Hive foil wanders around in my territorial waters, flirting with death.

While the Hive has broken diplomatic relations and recalled our ambassadors from Gaia's Protectors and the Hobbits, we made it perfectly clear that we were not seeking an active war, and were happy to coexist out of each other's sphere of influence. Unfortunately the other inhabitants of Planet do not think likewise. After Lord Geo, now Hobbes has also officially proclaimed that he seeks the utter annihilation of the Conclave. He emphasized these words by massacring the defenseless people of Children of God, thereby becoming the agressor in the Hobbit-Conclave conflict. In this same year a Gaian probe foil attempted to execute a terrorist attack against Watcher's Eye. Fortunately that attempt was foiled by the ever vigilant secret service.

We cannot stand by idle while the other factions on Chiron seek to brutally murder innocent human beings. Therefore the Hive is sad to announce an official declaration of war on Gaia's Protectors and Hobbits.

Unlike what they hope to do to the Conlave, we do not seek to annihilate the Gaians and Hobbits. We are perfectly willing to accept the following generous peace settlements:

The Hobbits must cease their offensive actions towards the Conclave, and formally apologize for the crimes committed against the Conclave people.

The Gaians must sign a pact of submission, thereby reforming Gaia's Protectors to the Gaian Protectorate.

We hope you will soon accept these proposals. Sinking a scout ship will not save you from the wrath of my approaching armada.

The Spartan Federation recognizes the right of Hobbits and Gaia's Protectors to defend themselves against terrorist attacks of the so-called Conclave. Miriam's minions, while being a power-craving faction, cowardly disguise their ambitions under the veil of faith. Such a behaviour is repulsive in the eyes of our hoplits, and can meet only with condemnation. Therefore, as the Bigots have already spoken war on Spartan Federation, we declare we will not stop until New Jerusalem is conquered and Miriam sent to her petty god.

Chairman Maniac, we would also like to warn you that if you raise any issue of the Council's meeting and call for joint actions, you should also pay some attention to other's opinions. So far you have been using the Council as your own platform and completely ignored what Lord Geo and Hobbit had to say.

The Hobbit faction condemns the unwarranted attack on their unarmed merchant vessel. The Believers started this war and the Hobbits will finish it. The Hobbits call for a global embargo on trade against Chairman Maniac, following his attack and slaughter of innocent civilians on board an unarmed merchant vessel. The Chairman's interference in a private dispute leaves us with no choice--he is hearby added to the list of enemies of the Hobbit nation and his destruction will be pusued until ever last one of the traitorous bastards is destroyed and the planet is cleansed from their deceptive, lying, backstabbing presence.
