A decade has passed, meaning the governor seat is up for re-election! I convened the council, and the resuts so far are as depicted below.

I have also been asked to mediate a peace treaty between Miriam and one of the leaders here present. I am willing to do so, however it would be pointless unless everybody signs peace with her. Otherwise she'll just call you back a while later, and declare war again if you don't stop collaboration with her enemies.

A third matter for the Council. I am willing to buy Progenitor Psych from anyone who has it. The maximum price I'm willing to pay is 50 credits. If anyone is interested, please put ProgPsych and -50 credits (minus 50) in the diplobox pre-accepted for a smooth and fast transaction.

It was me who asked for peace, but if that means that we have to put any pressure on Lord Geo, then I can't support it. I think it's time to discuss the Council's prerogatives, as we sure disagree on this issue. In my opinion, the best idea would be to unanimously decide on its obectives and rights, and then make it biding for any faction under any conditions. Otherwise, it can't really work.

On the tech: I'd sell you ProgPsych, but it's hard to say if anyone else has already done it thru the diplo screen.
