In case you hadn't discovered it yet in single player games or so: the same council proposals can be proposed each ten instead of twenty years in SMAniaC. This kinda creates a problem for sea level rises/decreases which last 20 years, but I hope it'll make planetary governor elections more dynamic.

I have two size 3 bases who grow fast because they have a sea nutrient in their radius. Now I could prevent riots in those bases by constantly building colony pods and ICSing before they reach size 4, but I'd like to build some other stuff than CPs too. So while it's low priority due to having other alternatives, being able to build rec commons there to get rid of drone worries in another way than appointing a doctor or CP-spamming would be nice.

Therefore... I'm willing to buy Social Psych from the faction who offers the lowest price in credits. You all have it already, so I assume you'd be willing to sell it cheap. Any offers?
