Or simply put the question up to Senthro to relinquish this one to another capable CMN. I'm confident their are some around.
PBeming is important to me because it's a pacifier for what could be hours of gaming that i just can't do till holiday time.

maia, why do you need senethro ??? He doesn't play in this game. He created it for you, me, bearhugger and detrius. Whenever you mentionned his name in this thread he popped in (even if you had no question).

It's bearhugger we need ! If he doesn't respond by next week (let's say by friday), we'll look for a replacement player.


But, if you really needed senethro because of some bug in the game or something, just say so in this thread.

Ok, I sent the email with his turn again to him. Perhaps he doesn't use that email address but it still doesn't explain why he's not checking the apolypton forum updates. Can you get bearhugger's active email address maia?

hello folks!

im back. sorry for my absence.

i reinstalled the game on a new pc. but it says my cpu is not supported. is there a fix for fast machines/windows xp.
i saw somewhere that theres a fix for win2000. do you know any fixes that could help here?

apply the win xp patch from here: http://www.firaxis.com/downloads/Pat...ate_v1.03f.exe

try with this attached .ini file (remove the .txt extension).

when the game complains about the cpu, just click "continue"

hmm. that didnt work. all it changes is that i now dont get kicked to desktop right away after clicking ok. now, i can also send the error report to microsoft. well

any more ideas, ill try compatibility modes now...
