Houston at the start of the season before all the injuries was considered a playoff contender. Pretty hard to argue that Houston without Schaub and Foster = Houston with both.

Also the chargers had the highest strength of victory, which their playoff win over Cincy reinforced.

They were 2-4 with Schaub and Foster together. They only beat your Chargers and the hapless Titans. Then Schaub came back and rattled off 4 more losses.
