Please find me a legit news report of anyone claiming that to be true. Even one.
All I can find is "SD has 5 turnovers," "Chargers outplayed by Raiders," and the like.

Chargers should have lost worse. They let a FG attempt get blocked, but it bounced right to their wingman who stumbled for a first down. But I guess you're not above ignoring any facts that don't support your narrative.

I would have been so pissed off if the Bears had lost tonight. Why? Because that was a ****ing fumble by a dumbass 2nd year WR who slipped and thought he was down like he was still in college. I don't give a **** if they brought in some asshat from the NFL trying to explain it away. The reason it was a ****ing fumble is because if no Bear touched him after he susposedly 'gave himself up' and he got up and ran for more yards or even a TD, they would have given him those yards/TD. If you want to see how a player 'gives himself up', watch Tim Jennings on that third int. That's how you give yourself up. Not by slipping and pouting about it like that little ***** did.

What it really depends on is the whistle. I certainly agree it was an idiotic thing to do and the coaches should be lunching on his ass.

If there had been a whistle, the refs definitely would have used it as their excuse. Donegeal is right; that was was a fumble recovered by the Bears. Instead we get a blown call, and the Giants got 7 pts shortly thereafter.

Here's the NFL rule they cited:

Rule 7, Section 2, Article 1 (e) states that “an official shall declare the ball dead and the down ended when a runner is out of bounds or declares himself down by falling to the ground, or kneeling and making no effort to advance.”

Sorry, but Randle did nothing of the kind. That was a loose ball.

Nice bluster, but your credibility is zero, Ben. I'm not claiming fix like you do anytime a call goes against the Chargers or Canucks. And unlike your whining Monday night, there are actually neutral third parties that support my view of the play in question.
