CFL completion average is about .634 vs .610 in the NFL. Freeman's .4 is useless with 3 down football. He also has a low YPA and YPC. While he's better than Tebow - he still won't be attractive to any CFL team.He needs to go somewhere with no clubs. The Tampa Bay Times reports the Raiders have "definite interest" in signing free agent Josh Freeman.
Freeman has ties to current Raiders OC Greg Olson and would be an upgrade over UDFA Matt McGloin as Terrelle Pryor's backup. Profootballtalk adds that Freeman could sign with a new team as soon as this weekend.
