Close playoff games... that are close because Peyton Manning has a so-so game because the success of the Colts hinges entirely on his shoulders. It's not because the pressure is on. It's because he has a game that isn't fantastic so it comes down to the wire because the rest of the team can not overcome a so-so game from Manning. That just speaks to how critical he is that his playoff performances that happen to be mediocre take place in games that become close losses.
Your sample excludes these games that were all whoopings... Does Peyton's stats not count here? Why?
