With no noticeable running game, even against Indy's immortal rush defense, you can expect a lot of passes in Denver. (But apparently, not to Eddie Royal. ) Give those other guys 57 attempts with great protection and see how they do...

I've liked Kyle Orton going back to Purdue. But in the NFL, he'll never be truly top-tier. Solid, reliable, but rarely spectacular.

Where did I say the officiating cost them the game? All I said is that they scored the tying TD, and it was called back due to delay of game. The replay showed that it was close, but they snapped the ball off on time.

You are such a liar. They showed the replay next to the playclock and it was at 00 for a full second before the snap of the ball. And besides, the D stopped playing when they saw that so that play could very well not have happened if not for the delay of game.

I think that's close enough to saying the officials cost them the game. And it was not close, they were well late in snapping. Not sure what replay you looked at, I was watching the game at the time and called the penalty myself before the refs did...

Because they slowed it down. It's called slow-mo albert. And the D didn't react that way. They played on, and it wasn't till the flags that anyone thought it was delay of game.
