someone named Deity Dude who I don't think I know but Ozzy said he's a Detroit fan. Lord Avalon is from Michigan but is a Dolphins fan.
The point is though, as you can see, there's dramatic over-representation. I always found that odd about Apolyton. Not just about football... remember when we had so many Austin posters like Dave Floyd, Ramo, Tiamat, and others. Austin is a tiny city... how did we have more Austin representation that NYC or LA representation? Really odd to me.
And think about Chicago... not just the people you mentioned... Theban is from Chicago, Chegitz is from Chicago... like Chicago is not that big of a city to have this much representation. Yeah, it's quirky, mucho Chicago and so many other large cities with none or next to no one here.
Austin's a great town - sort of like a liberal Nashville with much better food and music.
Yeah, Deity Dude is a Detroit guy. Played FF in IDP last year, used to play Civ2MP with him. He hasn't posted here in quite awhile.
Interestingly, almost all the Chicago posters are Civ players. I've known the twins since college, but everyone else, I met here.

Detroit "dangerous"? I'll believe it when I see it. Offense might be able to put up some points, but Stafford could get whacked again behind that OL. Defense sucks.
