Though in addition, St. Louis, yes THAT St. Louis wins on a last second FG against the REDSKINS, you know that team that beat the Eagles and Cowboys?!! Yeah, that team.
The defense is finally playing well. I don't know what's wrong with the offense, but maybe they can start playing well too.

You've gotta have faith in your special teams on that play, and just kick it deep. Squib kicks can be returned too."You're the biggest user of hindsight that I've ever known. Not a huge fan of the squib, but covering that WR properly prevents that loss. Lovie made some mistakes, but at the end of the day our defense decided whether we won or lost... and lost.
Hopefully we have at least one pro bowl cornerback available against MIN ...<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

FCC goes with NFL Network against Comcast
The Federal Communications Commission weighed in on the bitter battle between the NFL Network and Comcast on Friday night. The agency says that it finds convincing charges that Comcast fouled NFLN by refusing to carry it on its most popular tier. The Commission also sympathizes with evidence suggesting that Comcast demanded a financial interest NFL Network programming in exchange for carriage, another violation of the agency's rules.
The Communications Act forbids a multichannel video programming distributor (MVPD) from discriminating against content providers "on the basis of affiliation or nonaffiliation" with the MVPD. Over the last year NFLN has repeatedly charged that Comcast's "discriminatory" tiering practices have caused a "dramatic" drop in NFL Network subscribers, more selling and operating costs, and have harmed the programmer's ability to compete for advertising revenue.
The sports programmer has asked the FCC to fix the problem by ordering Comcast to run the service alongside the cable giants' own expanded basic tier sports channels, prominent among them Versus and the Golf Channel. Comcast has countercharged that the NFLN doesn't need access to the MVPD's basic tier to compete, and that it puts the show on a more expensive tier because the network asks for higher access prices than other sports video services. Over 240 MVPDs run the NFL Network to 36 million subscribers across the United States.
"Despite its vastly smaller slate of live-event programming, NFLN charges cable operators license fees that are more than twice the fees charged by either the Golf Channel or Versus," Comcast told the FCC in June. "Comcast's decision not to saddle most of its customers with the high costs of the limited-appeal NFLN is eminently reasonable."
But the FCC says that the NFL Network has made a prima facie case against Comcast. The Commission found that NFLN has presented "sufficient evidence" that Comcast "indirectly and improperly demanded a financial interest in the NFL’s programming in exchange for carriage." The controversy centers around Comcast's alleged efforts to acquire licensing rights to the NFL Network's Eight-Game package for Comcast's Versus network. Comcast insists that the bid did not represent a demand for equity in the NFLN enterprise.
As per the agency's rules, both the discrimination and financial interest questions will now go before an Administrative Law Judge, who must make recommendations regarding the matter to the Commission within 60 days. The FCC made a slew of similar judgment calls on Friday about complaints by various programmers against Comcast and other MVPDs, including Bright House Networks, Cox Communications, and Time Warner Cable. Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. - Ben Franklin

The Bolts are one team that is far better than it's record.
I was surprised to see how well the Bears have been doing. They are far better then 3-3, and should win their division.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

And I enjoyed nothing more than watching the Pats get their head handed to them. While a boring game, it was fun watching the slaughter.
