Bouncing off is one thing. Allowing volition in directing is quite another.

And I also agree, the driving the goalie into the net with the puck has always been bogus.

      4-0 Wings.

Man, the Ducks need a goaltender. And defence.

Wow! Wings scored, 3-0, Ducks pull Giguerre. Then the Wings score again! 4-0!

Holmstrom, who scored 2 goals, got boarded - 5 min major & GM for Rob Niedermayer. Pronger was also hitting Homer at that moment.

            Yuk. That was ugly.

            Buh-bye Pronger. Buh-bye Ducks.

Seeing that replay of the hit on Holmstrom again, it looks like it was Pronger's elbow which drove his head into the glass, not the hit by Niedermayer.

Pronger's always been a scummy player. Especially since his days in Edmonton.

WTF happened to Anaheim. At least the Flames never got shut out.

Pronger will be very fortunate not to be suspended for a game or two.

I think he probably deserved at least two, but I'm hardly an unbiased observer.

My fondest Pronger memory: still with the Blues, in the playoffs against the Wings, he's lining up Yzerman for a massive bodycheck. Yzerman dishes the puck and ducks at the last second. Pronger connects solidly with the air where Yzerman's head used to be; his momentum carries him ass-over-teakettle over Yzerman's hips, and he lands square on his knees, tearing his ACL. Punkass.

                              Sweet

I didn't get a chance to watch it today. Now it's time for a Canadian team to take the Cup home.

Has anyone else heard of this Sens-Mile?

I'm very annoyed. The Red Mile was original, and that's fine. The Whyte mile was exceedingly lame. Sens-mile just makes me want to cry. I will have to do something drastic if a lame Montreal equivalent ever happens.
