The glove might well present as much total area as the entire stick.

Glove on puck can't be a goal, unless we want to play hand ball in front of the net. Similar for the feet, it isn't soccer.

The stick is what is supposed to meet the puck for goals, that's an integral part of the game.

Except when it bounces off a player - body, head, skate, glove (and judged not to be played with a kicking or batting motion). Or it's in the goalie's equipment, and you push him into the net.

It should still be dirty pool to shove the goalie into the net.

There's a reason defensemen are supposed to clear the opposition players away from the goalie quickly.

Yes, there is. To keep guys from whacking in rebounds into the net, not to keep them from whacking the goalie into the net. (Not that they'd exactly be kosher with that, but you know what I mean.)
